How does Brain connect to my existing documents?

Brain integrates with common storage systems including Google Drive, SharePoint, and internal databases. You choose which sources Brain can access. Setup is guided and takes minutes per source.

What channels can my team use to reach Brain?

Any voice channel. Phone calls, the Dialbox mobile app, SIP desk phones, and Voice Station kiosks. Your team uses whatever device is closest.

Is Brain a standalone product or part of Dialbox?

Brain is a separate Dialbox product. You don't need Virtual Receptionist or Business Phone to use it. It works on its own or alongside your existing Dialbox setup.

When does Brain launch?
