$29 USD/user/month, or $290 USD/user/year on an annual plan. Assist uses per-seat pricing, so you only pay for staff who need it. Self-serve checkout still needs wiring. Contact us for access and we will help you plan seats.

Is Assist CCPA compliant?

Yes. Assist is designed to follow the same security model as Dialbox: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access follows staff permissions, and your documents are not used to train AI models. Dialbox is CCPA compliant.

Can Assist run campaigns?

No. Assist is for staff-initiated 1:1 work. Campaign and list automation belongs to Campaigns and requires the Campaigns product, compliance controls, and its own usage limits.

What is Assist Voice Station?

Assist Voice Station is a shared tablet-based voice terminal powered by Assist. Staff authenticate with a PIN and ask for business information by voice without needing their own device.
