No. Outbound Campaigns are designed for existing customer relationships only. You can only target contacts already in your Dialbox database. This ensures opt-in compliance and prevents spam. Use it for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and re-engagement with your own customers. Not for cold outreach.

What happens if someone asks to stop calling or texting?

AI respects opt-out requests immediately and adds the contact to your Do Not Contact list. Works for both SMS ("STOP") and voice ("Don't call me again"). That contact won't receive any more outbound campaigns unless you manually remove the preference. This is a compliance requirement and cannot be overridden.

How much does it cost?

Outbound Campaigns are included with Growth+ (2,000 contacts/month) and Enterprise (unlimited). Scale+ customers can add the Dialer subscription to access campaigns (500 contacts/month). SMS and voice calls use your existing plan minutes.
